1926 Brake Adjusting Tool? Pic in the files section

I just purchased this on ebay last week. The guy has been listing parts

from a '26 SS coach that he turned into a rat rod ( the pics of the car

he sent looked like he had commited a sin as it was a nice one). I have

been collecting basic hand tools and such that would belong with this

car. He had it listed as an adjusting tool that was found in the back

seat compartment. It measures 25" long and has what appears to be a

9/16 hex slot in the swivel end. I thought it might be a jack handle.

Any thoughts?
