Hi,     The last time I talked to Ed Welch he was spending
the winters in Florida, near Ocala.  That was a couple of years

listed in the current HET membership update that the Club
sent me, I
have gone back though the old membership rosters, and he was
listed in
the 1999-2000 edition. I will send him out a letter soon to see
if he
still has the car, or knows it's current status.
