    Right, but the Radiator badges all said Hudson Super 8 in 1930. They dropeed the "Super" off the badge in 1931.

    BOB, bear in mind that the metal in an original radiator, unless pampered all it's life, which is not likely to be the case on one for sale, has deteriorated considerably. THEREFOR, unless you need strictly orig for show purposes, a new one likely would cost no more than an orig because of what it is. Got one that's bad? have it recored or get the specs from one and have it made. As said ,tell these guys your goal and they'll come up with something. SHOW CAR OR NICE DRIVER? A built rad can always be taken back to orig in the future

    I had a new 3 row core put in with my old tanks (31) to keep it looking original in the surround , they put 12lbs pressure in it yesterday and it blew up like a ballon, have had to have the top tank taken back off and put baffeles inside for strenght and they are going to put some threaded rods from 1 tank to the other hidden inside the core

    I hope it works, as those 435 horses use a lot of water and cause a few lbs of pressure LOL

    man i was so heartbroken when my nice rad got busted up by my fan, luckily i had another but the tanks were all cracked, i soldered up the cracks and it has kept me on the road. i got really depressed. now i dont give a crap and im going to make my own out of a universal aluminum rad, chop the tanks off and make some new ones and weld em on.
