John, that's a low compression head.  Do you
have the high compression version available? I have four heads here, and none of
them usable, so  I will hae to do something pretty soon. Perhaps make up a
two-piece version.

Have attached some photo's of an old 26 head
that was cracked which I cut in half to check the material
thickness

between the combustion chamber and waterjacket.
(see the drilled
holes).
