Gabriel Snubber webbing belt

We need some help please.

Dave Bean had some disappointing news on the Gabriel Snubber front last week. He was going to order the new 1 1/4" strap material needed to rebuild the #2 Snubbers on his SX, only to find out that both Restoration Supply Co. and Restoration Specialties & Supply no longer have that width available. The closest they have is either too narrow, or too wide at 1", or 1 1/2" width.

Can anybody direct us to a current supplier or manufacturer of the 1 1/4" webbing belt material we need?
