1928 Hudson Custom Landau sedan

I've been a member for a while because I was interested in getting a Hudson when I joined but the car was bought by somebody else. I am still on the look out and have been watching this car on Ebay for many months now. It's for sale by a dealer who puts high prices on everything he has including this car which I think began in the upper $30K's. He dropped the price to an all time low of $15K. I like the look of the car but it's like the" short line at the bank" , why isn't anyone buying it? Is it still too much or is something not correct about it? Here is the item number. 150394381626 Can somebody tell me if this car is what it's supposed to be?
