Need 2 of 3 Steering lever ears 29 Super Six SS

"The levers are there, 2 of the ears are broken off." This is the description the seller just gave me days before its ships to me. So I am in need of 2 of the 3 ears - levers are there. Are there any repros availabe? Is there a process for making them from a plastic mix?
