Re: 1917 Serial Numbers Whats correct
Thanks for the information. I have always thought my 17 was improperly registered in New York State. It is listed as a 1917 and is a model "H" with the body number (brass tag on front passenger seat) used as a vin number. It would be very difficult to change now but I don't imagine there are two Hudsons with the same body number, so it works.
