Wire wheels and hubs - Essex?

    Hello All,

    I am attaching a couple of pics. One is of a 20" wire wheel and the other is a matching rear hub and brake drum.

    I am trying to determine whether the wheel and hub are late model Essex.

    I don't believe that they are Essex, but what are they?
