Cam Follower
Have found that one of my cam followers on my 1918 Hudson has 'lost' the thin cast iron ring around the top which stops it falling through toward the cam. It looks a very delicate part and wondered if anyone has had a brainwave they could share on how it can be fixed. Seems a bit narrow to machine a groove in it for a circlip, any ideas or does anyone have one to sell?
Kind Regards

ps Think I may have found the reason why all my cylinder pistons were very oily, the ring gap was 70 thou so the rings were either very worn or very badly installed. Reassembly of the engine starts tomorrow.
