Cylinder block for 1927 (early) engine

Well, we thought we were in good shape and on our way to having our '27 Coach on the road. It's been a long slog - welding a hole in the head, welding a crack in the block, rebuilding the water pump, boring the cylinder block and getting new pistons, having the babbited bearings redone - the guys had finally re-assembled the engine and were getting her to run when they noticed a little water coming from the tail pipe! Off came the head and looking into the cylinders they saw water squirting into no. 2! Approx. 3" down the cylinder wall is a very small hole into the water jacket. Now we have a real dilemma. Can we find a replacement cylinder block or is there some other way we might be able to repair our existing block? Since we had the cylinders bored (.030 over) the remaining material is quite thin. Looking into the water jacket with a flashlight lots of corrosion is visible.

Any suggestions on what we might be able to do? Thanks in advance for any advice you might be able to offer.
