Rear Wheel Grease seals.

I have finally managed to remove the rear wheels from my 1918 Tourer and, as a matter of planned maintenance, want to replace the felt inner and outer grease seals. Before I spend too much time searching, can anyone who has done this suggest a solution to new seals?
