Mid Twenties Super Six on Shorpy

Shorpy has another good picture, this one taken in 1936 showing a Coach in pretty good condition considering the hard times it must have seen. The hood looks to be a darker color than the rest of the body. Could it be a black factory job or was this a later repaint?
