1924 Super six oiling
I am somewhat embarassed but I don't understand the oiling system.
I have the manual and pretty pictures and nice write up.
The sump is off I follow the line to the pump and from the pump to the gauge. I see how you can very the pressure / flow. I see how the dippers work. So far like many cars of the period.
I can pre fill the troughs before putting the pan back or from the top.
How does the oil get to the troughs whilst running?
