Recommendations on Stopping Exhaust Manifiold Cracks

Evening all,

I've got 3  29R 5Pass Sedan exhaust manifolds all of which have the left upper exhaust pipe mount ear cracked off. I'm wondering if this is due to the long distance from that joint to the first exhaust pipe support just inches behind the back of the front seat. Has there been any recommended mods to prevent this from happening.
