super six rear springs
Hi I have aquired a 1926 super six chassis which I am starting to restore.
during the course of dismantling the rear axle I have discover that the springs have different amount of leafs from one side to the other(17&16)
Is this usual? It looks fairly original & not modified,did they ever do this from the factory?also the the spring with the greater number of leafs is 20-30mm higher than the other?
Any ideas what I can do?
