29 clutch throw-out bearing

Well I need some advice. Just dropped the clutch housing and the throw-out bearing is missing a ball anf the upper ball retainer is chewed up in a couple piecies, no seal just the upper seal ridge.

So first question is what have you guys been replacing the bearing with? Looked in the WTN at Ron Fellow's ad but there was no mention of the throw-out bearing. May have him rebuild the clutch corks and get the kit of gasket and pilot bearing too.
