Re: Ring gears
Hi Folks
Were replacement ring gears available for the early
cars? I have a 28H flywheel with no ring gear. I have a 22 Essex
flywheel with what appears to be a separate ring gear. The rest are all
one piece. The 20 Essex motor I am building has a pretty sad ring
gear. Obviously the starter engagement was not correct or the starter was
loose.
