29 door lock

    have been to the locksmith with my door lock. however, the cylinder is totally rotten and need to be replaced. The problem we are facing is how to get off the sleeve (marked in the attached photo). Assume the cylinder is kept in place by a pin underneath the sleeve)

    Anybody having an idea how to remove the sleeve??
