Super Six Advertising
Gents,
I’m doing a little research on the period when the Super Six was introduced: 1916. Hudson promoted the new model in a big way and we’ve seen plenty of printed material. I found myself wondering whether they used radio, but it appears that commercial radio didn’t really get going until the ‘Twenties. That took me to picture theatres, which had been in operation in various forms for some years. Does anyone have any ideas as to whether Hudson advertised in these theatres at that time?
