New Super six owner introduction

Hi All, I am Dave from upstate NY between Syracuse and Rochester - I recently bought a 1929 Hudson 4 dr sedan as a fun project car.

I will be soliciting help from the experts on this site for, photos, suggestions, measurements and/or visits (if you are close by) about replacing the top roof wood and all the wood around the back window and rear seat.

One newbie question - will any parts (body) fit from older Hudsons on a 29 and will Essex parts interchange.

My rear fenders are in poor shape but require a lot of work.

Some other areas that need attention:

Rear Trunk

Visor

Running Boards

Radiator

Window trim

Weather stripping
