Hi to all. Resoration of my 29 Essex coupe creeps forward. It seems that every thing is a problem to solve... From when I first purchased this little beauty the engine cowl doors have not alligned properly. Good gap at the top and wide gap at the bottom at the firewall end. At the 'light at the end of the tunnel' side of the build I find that I cannot get the radiator low enough the get the proper door allignment and the reason is the bottom radiator suppot bracket has been made from a leaf spring. I do not know what the correct bracket looks like but I am sure this is where the problem lies. If someone could send a picture of one I would appreciate that very much.
If someone in Australia or NZ has a spare one to sell to me that be a real problem solver...
Happy new year...!!
Regards.
Mike
