A mostly Original 1929 Hudson Standard Sedan
The September issue of Hemmings Classic Car has an article with color photos of a mostly original Hudson. This car has the original paint & interior and even the long controversial engine color is revealed at last. It is NOT Model A green . . .
The car is black with green fenders, an option we have seen in advertising from this very colorful year. No wonder Hudson sold so many of them, it is drop dead gorgeous.
The car is owned by Dave Lanning of Englewood Florida who is in the HET club and he realizes and appreciates the importance of this treasure from the past. I would love to see a lot more pictures of this wonderful record of the way Hudson built them in 1929.
