Driver Front and Back Droop

Question on how to align the driver side front and rear doors. I've got at between 1/4 & 3/8" droop at the upper jam front edge. Looking at the hinges there's really no ovalness in its mounting so no compensation.
Wonder if the body shop reversed the hinge top to bottom.

Ideas?
