Question on 29 Rims

Morning Guys,
Over the years I picked up about 10 rims. As I work on my 29's wheels I am going thru these rims and culling out what's usable.

I got several that seem to be Out of Round. When in normal form (as if tire was installed) the 2 ends are not aligned, one high one lower by 1/2" or so. Is this accessible, returning to normal round with weight? I've noticed these are a lot tougher wheel install/remove due to this misalignment. Being steel, reshaping in the home garage doesn't look doable.

Recommendations?
