1929 Essex parts pricing? Please help!

I've seen some pretty wide margins for pricing on 29 Essex parts particularly of the heat risers and Carbs. I've see carbs believe it or not for sale for $1000 ( unsure if sold) and heat risers actually sell for $500. I would like to ask you gents what is normal and reasonable pricing. I have heard that the Model V carbs are harder to find then the Model E's for the bigger car.... I know that there is some supply and demand at play... I would just like to not screw over any buyers but at the same time not sell myself short. I have cars to feed as well you know lol. Thank you all!
