Radiator Lower Hose Adapter
The part fell apart for my 1928 radiator. Its the part that adapts the rectangular radiator hole to the 1-1/2 in. round outlet for the hose that feeds the water pump, and I'm sure it is the same for several years. Was repaired some time in the past with soft lead solder, so there are multiple cracks and the cast iron is porous and granular. It won't clean up to braze it. Has someone cast this previously in red bronze and has a spare? If not, I'll cast it up and make a second copy if anyone wants one. Let me know, please.
Have a good weekend working on your Hudson,

PS Question: Any recommendations for an affordable plating house in the USA?
