Shocks are the same from 40-54...  Ficken Wiper Service rebuilds the motors.

Check the compressed and extended length of your shocks... These are 8-1/2 compressed, and 13.440 extended. They are Monroe 5751. It is what I use. The measurement is from the base of the studs.

The Gabriel equivalent is 82026.. I don't like the gas charged shocks. I think they make the car ride too stiff.
