what is the differential gear ratio on a 52 wasp with a automatic

    Should be 3.58.  Jack up one rear wheel.  Rotate 2 turns and count the driveshaft revs.

    If it is original to the car, it could be 3.08 or the one in the 3.5- area.

    3:08 or 3:58 If I am not mistaken.

    I think a 3:31 was an option in Wasp?

    If your 52 is built after April of 52 it will have a Dana rear end and 3:07 was the only ratio available for hydromatic
