51 hudson tailight studs

any one know where I can find the bottom ones with the course and fine threads separated by a fat ring that holds the inner tail light sheet metal panel to the chrome outer part. then the fine threads go thru the body and hold the whole assembly to the car body.

hope I didn't confuse any one hahaha 
I can find carb studs but none have the fat ring that holds the 2 halves together.
