I'm looking for someone to rescue my '54, I realize I'm never going to get to it and want to concentrate on my '53. She hasn't been on the road since 1996, was repainted poorly years ago and the paint is shot, door panels gone, seats still near perfect, chrome is poor. This car has 29,808 miles, had her running last year and ran perfect, sat there running till warm and the choke even back off as it should, drove it up and down my road with no brakes, but tranny works fine. Tried to start the other day and won't go, I know the carb needs rebuilding. I have a lot of parts put aside to replace bad ones. the frame is pretty good except for the cross piece that runs one side to the other in front of the muffler.    $2000 takes her home.
