are rims on a 1938 country club body color or black ? i have heard both> thank you

Rims are the same as the body in 38. I'm trying to remember where I saw that at, I think on the paint sample card.  I will look for it later

can't find my paint chips, but found a color sales brochure that shows the wheels the same color as the car.
