Wanted ~ 1948-52' 4 door or 2 door coupe. California
Kids fell in love with that Disney Movie "Cars" where Doc Hudson is a 2 door coupe!
I was thrilled that they took a liking to the film, what I didn't account for was there, absolute unwavering infatuation with Doc...So much they want me to get one.
Coming from hotrods and muscle cars, this is OK with me...
Not looking for a Project or Rust.
I will travel
PM with details
Thanks

Stronly recommend joining the HET Club! Bimonthly magazine with ads many Hudsons advertised! https://www.hetclub.org/index.php?option=com_civicrm&view=Contributions&task=civicrm/contribute/transact&id=1&reset=1&Itemid=4660

I agree with 50C8Dan. It's the best $35.00 you will spend if you own, or are looking for a Hudson built automobile!

Not too far, but looks to have some rust. Hard to tell how much from these pics.

Here's one in Modesto (I think!). A 1953 Hornet Hollywood. ("Hollywood" is Hudson's name for the hardtop coupes, in case you didn't know.) The owner's asking $8,500. He says he's made it into a reliable daily runner. There are still a few loose ends (wipers don't work, front seat is kind of ragged). He has placed the ad in the "other" Hudson Forum at https://www.hetclub.org/index.php?option=com_kunena&view=topic&catid=12&id=5718&Itemid=1367#27099
I don't know if this will be visible to you, since it's on a secure forum that can only be viewed by Hudson club members. There are lots of cars in the club magazine and on the secure forum, which are not visible to the general public -- all the more reason you may want to consider joining the H-E-T!

That Denver Wasp looks pretty sweet, Twin H power!0

That cramped rear air cleaner reminds me of an old Twin H cleaner I have in my collection somewhere. Someone cut it and welded it at a 45 to clear the cowl on the Wasps. Funniest looking dang thing...0
