Need Door Lock Knobs

My 54 has broken or soon to be broken door lock knobs.  Anyone know of replacements or what other cars knobs will fit?

Red color.  This is what I have on it, well....was on it!

Well thats a nice knob but I don't believe thats for a stepdown or even 55-57. I even looked at the 42-7 knobs and they don't look like that. I have Hudson knobs but not the exact style you have.    Call me at 704 792 911 zero.
