47 Super Six Gas Tank wanted

I am looking for a gas tank for 47 Super Six 4dr. or a substitute tank that can easily be adapted to fit the car

Not sure this will help on a Sdn, however, for my '47 Hudson truck I put in an '80's Camaro gas tank. I cut the fill pipe then re position it with a hose on the pipe

I used a Tanks Inc. tank I wanna say it was the 41-48 Ford tank.  Anyhow, you can look around their website and probably find exactly what you need. Good quality and decent pricing as well.

I used Tanks inc. The universe tank worked perfect in my 40 hudson pickup
