ok, that is for a 48/49  Hood front ornament housing

Note from Lance Walker-

Actually they are all 46-7 center hood over grill ornament bezels. The plastic ornament was used from 46-49.   One is a 46 and the others are 47's  Anyway ,it's one of the few ways to tell a 46 from a 47. The other way is to see if there are 2 outside door locks on the front door of the vehicle. If it's one then it's a 46. If two, then it's a 47

  (I'm assuming Lance means one lock on each front door, not two locks on one door?)
