Do any of you have a pattern for your headliner that you could loan me or make a copy for me? Or do you know where I may get a pattern for the headliner?

Acme Headliners may have the patterns to make the headliners.  I know they have kits for Step-Downs and wouldn't be at all surprised to learn they have patterns back to the 1930's.  I believe they don't sell direct, but they could recommend a dealer who carries their products. http://www.acmeautoheadlining.com/

https://www.newstalgiaparts.com/ has many headliners, didn't see '39 six or 92. However they said they have many more patterns not in their catalog so to give them a call.

 I have not dealt with them but may solve your problem. Good luck, I have the same model needing a headliner someday !  Bill
