As with almost anything on Craigslist - all prices are negotiable. I am quite sure the seller will take a lot less if someone walks up with cash. Would be interesting to see the undercarriage to make sure it is sound. If so this would be a nice fixer upper - nice it has Twin H and 3spd w/ OD, plus a few extras like tinted windows.0
