Wanted -- repro 1929 Hudson runningboard rubber

A friend is starting to round up the pieces he'll need for the restoration of a '29 coupe.

Does anyone know who sells the rubber?  Does anyone know who might have once made the rubber (I ask, on the chance that he might still have molds).

Failing that, does anyone need the runningboard rubber?  Possibly if enough people need it, someone could justify producing them.

    I believe Press Kale and K-Gap made those - which then went to Doug W. - he may have them.

    Doug Wildrick has a running board kit that is adaptable to many years of Hudson's in the 30's at least. I don't know if it works on cars back into the 20's. You can call them and find out.
