Is this a fair price, need a little feedback.

The one with 14P4 on the box doesn't make sense... 1948-52 six cylinder (all)... 1955-56 Wasp. The Wasp engine is the 202 Jet. The big six and the Jet don't use the same water pump. I haven't priced a Hudson water pump in recent memory, so I hesitate to comment on that.

'55 -'56 Wasp has the same water pump as Jet, but the shaft is longer.  if you want to use it on a Jet you have to  press the flange closer to the body. As stated, these will not fit the big motors.   Step-down 8's are different pump too, but the guts will transplant to to 6's.     $65 is a good price.

So , the 14P4 pump is 48-54 Stepdown , correct?
I questioned the label also, but the pump looked familiar.

I have a Wohlert 14P1 and a 14P5 pump tucked away someplace. If I remember correctly they say "New" and are not painted black. Of course, I could be wrong.

They were bare metal with a rust haze. I wire brushed them and sprayed them to preserve them.
I believe they are new, reboxed to Airtex number
