Throw out bearing repair

Has anyone replaced the bearing on a step down throw out bearing?
the seals on mine seem to be fine were replaced 20 k ago.
However the bearing is a tad rough

    Yep. I've done that a lot. Not a really tough job. Just need an arbor press.
