What clutch fluid have you been using?
Some years ago the re-done clutch in my '37 was chattering slightly. I started using Dr. Doug's version of Hudsonite, and the chattering went away.0 -
A big thank youall fo the info each one gave to Me about the Chattering clutch.
We will try the Dexron 3 oil in it later in week. RUDY B.0 -
did you have the pressure plate and flywheel surfaced? If the surface isnt smooth it may not be the clutch.

The clutch no longer a problem as we drained out the ATF and installed one 6 oz container of Clutch fluid that i found hiding in the trunk. The HET Club used to sell it and i never tried it until today, The cork clutch is now Smooth as it should be. I just never trusted it before, now I am a believer of it. Thanks so much to all.
