Borg Warner DF 200 Automatic Transmission Question

I've got a 54 Hudson Hornet and having a shop put new seals and gaskets on my heavy leaking Borg Warner DG 200 transmission.

How many pints or quarts of Dex/Merc automatic transmission fluid are needed to fill it after its been put back into the car?

According to The Hudson Mechanical Procedure Manual, Supplement 53-54 Models, it is 12 Quarts whereas the Hydra Matic takes 11 Quarts.  You should invest in a Shop Manual
