Power Steering Hoses for 54 Hudson Hornet Question

I've have the stock motor and Borg Warner tranny "refurbished" and the shop is ready to install all. They ran into a problem with the two power steering hoses that are cracked. I took them to one of the hose shops in our area and they can find the end couplings but the metal restrictors in the center cannot be used and we have no idea where to search for reproductions or parts. I called Lares Corporation and they only work on pumps .... not hoses.  Any help. would be most appreciated. My phone number is 831-334-0969

Here is a photo of the metal clamp pieces in the middle of both hoses.... that I thought they may be some type of pressure restrictor, but perhaps they were attached together or somewhere in the engine compartment to keep the hoses from flopping around. I would love to hear back from someone who could look under their hood. Thanks
