Screws in Frame

I'm in the middle of cleaning and prepping a 46 pickup frame to paint. I found a few screws on the bottom front passenger side of the frame that I am not sure of the purpose. I couldn't locate any info in my mechanical procedure manual or parts books. My guess is that they were some sort of line or wire supports, but I thought I'd see if someone could tell me for sure.
Does anyone know what these are for?

I believe they are for the sheet metal panels used to protect the lower engine compartment and help direct airflow to the motor. One panel on each side of the motor.0
