47 Fender Light help needed

Are the glass lenses on the fender lights for 46/47 mounted using a rubber gasket?
Are the cup shaped spacers used with the under fender mounting screws? 

And if so, where do I get them?

Yes there are two rubber gaskets that seal the glass lens; one on the inner bottom floor of the lens housing and another that seals the lens against the lamp socket wall.  

The cup washers do indeed go with the fender mounting screws.  I have not found a suitable modern source as yet

They used to be but not currently as far as I know. I made a set out of thin rubber sheeting (1/16”, I think) I got from McMaster Carr.
