WANTED: 36-38 rear brakes

Need to replace the rear mechanicals on a 33 Terraplane with hydraullics. Anyone have a set they wish to part with? Thank you.

    Look for 1940ish smaller drums and backing plates.

    Years ago Al Muller put Jet brakes on his 33 T8

    FWIW I've put hydraulic brakes on a 35. I looked at fitting later backing plates to the 35 back axle and decided it was easier to swap out the 35 back axle for a 36 hydraulic back axle. A 36 axle is 1.5" wider than the 35 axle but it still fits under the fenders OK. Going to the 36 back axle means you are into 5 stud wheels, but it also means that step-down brakes are an easy bolt on if you want to go that far.
