1937 Terraplane light switch positions

I am finishing a restoration that someone else started and got it 90% done. I am having electrical issues. My light switch has three positions. I am guessing all the way left is off. What are the next two positions supposed to illuminate? Thanks in advance for the replies.

from far left, and moving clockwise:

1) Off

2) parking lights (within headlight shell and -- optionally -- on fenders).

3) Headlights (high / low beam controlled by foot switch).

Positions 2 and 3 also illuminate taillights.

Original switch should have fuses (2 as I recall).
