Fine thread or coarse thread

Working on a 1937 Terraplane pickup. Are all body fasteners fine thread? Were any coarse threads used? Thanks in advance for the replies.

If you look on page 107 of the 1937 parts manual, you'll see several sizes of body bolts and shims shown, for various body styles and models. 3/8"-24 seems to be a common size for body bolts, although there are different lengths. I believe 3/8"-24 is considered a fine thread.
