Clutch adjustment problems 1952 Wasp

I am having big troubles adjusting the clutch on my 52 Wasp . Everytime i adjust the clearance from pedal to firewall to 1 1/4 inches on first use of clutch clearance is back down to zero as that massive spring just pulls it back. Am i doing something wrong? All parts seem to be there the sealing washer and springs.

    Is the swb procedure same as lwb?

    Exactly the same. What you need to check is the movement from the floorboard, until the fingers contact the throwout bearing.
